Maxxis congratulates Liverpool on record win

Tyre manufacturer Maxxis was among the first to offer congratulations to Liverpool FC after it won the Carling Cup yesterday (26 February), to establish a record eight victories in the League Cup competition.

In this year’s Carling Cup final against Cardiff City the score was all square after extra time. The trophy returns to Anfield after the Reds clinched victory 3-2 following a penalty shoot-out.
