Bosch appoints Proctor to ‘Around the Wheel’ role

Bosch has appointed Iain Procter to the position of product specialist for Around the Wheel equipment within its Automotive Aftermarket division. Proctor’s sphere of responsibility includes tyre service equipment, four wheel alignment, lifts and brake testers. His role encompasses marketing and product management, including both technical and sales support for the Bosch and Beissbarth product ranges.

Proctor arrives at Bosch with more than 20 years of automotive experience, having held a range of diverse roles across the industry. He has worked in high-end motorsport, including for the Subaru, Hyundai and Skoda World Rally Championship factory teams and also the Benetton Formula 1 team, today known as the Lotus Renault team. He also has expertise in research and development, having worked on crash development working for Autoliv Australia on Ford, GM & TATA contracts. Iain was also part of the prototype development team for the Aston Martin Vanquish. Most recently, he held a product & brand development manager role at Hella Ltd., with significant work on batteries and electronics.
