Better late than never
The Retread Tire Association has apologised to its members for its tardiness in launching an official website, and the US-based retreaders association assures that the wait is nearly over.
“We fully realise we are very late in having our Retread Tire Association web site up and available, and for this we apologise,” said RTA managing director Harvey Brodsky in a press statement. “If you are an RTA member you deserve better, but we want you to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.”
In explaining why no website followed in the wake of the association’s November 2010 founding, Brodsky said the RTA’s small staff has been fully engaged in serving its growing number of members. “Happily, we are now settled in and are on firm ground regarding our priorities and I can assure you that the RTA website is the number one priority,” he confirmed. “Here is a promise that we intend to keep if we have to work around the clock to make it happen.”
Brodsky said the RTA website would be live at the end of January at the very latest.
