Bandvulc adds to sales force
Ian Harris, 27, has joined The Bandvulc Group the UK’s leading independent retread tyre manufacturer. He joins from a local company having gained previous commercial B2B skills in a different market.
Commenting on his appointment Harris commented: “I am delighted to have joined Bandvulc. My family has had an association with the company as my father worked here for 25 years. The role is exciting as it involves all aspects of the commercial activity which is a much wider role than I had previously.”
Harris will be working for Philip West, the group’s commercial director who added: “We are pleased to welcome Ian to the sales team. He will undergo an extensive training period as we want him to develop an understanding of all areas of our business. He has experience of sales in a commercial role and it’s important we develop younger staff for the future.”
The role will be to develop the commercial activity of the business and he joins a team currently managing a range of clients from a large blue chip portfolio, right through to regional operations.
