HiQ recognises Cornish customer service
HiQ has presented the owner of four fast fit centres in Cornwall with the network’s internal “excellence in customer service” award, an annual accolade presented at the HiQ’s annual franchise conference. Justin Roberton Ltd, owner of HiQ centres in Helston, Truro, Bodmin and St Austell, with wife and business partner Kim, received the award for delivering the highest levels in customer satisfaction at HiQ’s conference at Mercedes Benz World.
Roberton said the award caps a “fantastic” year, having already been recognised at the National Tyre Distribution Association’s Tyre and Fast Fit Awards last month: “Winning this award and being recognised for our efforts in customer care is fantastic. We are so proud to be praised in this way, especially after being shortlisted for the TAFF ‘Tyre Retailer of the Year’ award just a few weeks ago.
“Driving standards is a key focus for us and we are continually investing in our centres to ensure our customers have the best service in the best possible environment. I must thank everyone who is involved in our business for continuing to deliver high standards in customer care, every day.”
HiQ retail director, Peter Tye, said: “Well done to Justin, Kim and the team. This award is set up to congratulate those centres within the network that commit to delivering the best in customer service. HiQ Cornwall has done exceedingly well in generating high levels of customer satisfaction and thoroughly deserves to be recognised with this award.”
