HiQ launches courtesy car scheme
Goodyear Dunlop has launched a new courtesy car scheme across its HiQ retail network. HiQ centres meeting their targets will be able to provide customers with a Fiat 500 Lounge car as a strategic retail incentive. Each vehicle will sport individualised HiQ garage information on its side. Goodyear Dunlop’s consumer director, Juergen Titz said: “We see this as a fantastic opportunity to provide added value for customers and is an example of the commitment and support that underpins our retail partner programme with HiQ.”
“We have already received some really encouraging feedback from HiQ’s franchisees and we look forward to supporting them with other incentives in the future.”
HiQ Lancaster owner Peter Nevinson has become the first franchisee to activate the scheme. He said: “Our aim is to provide a memorable retail experience where motorists have peace of mind and are genuinely looked after.
“This courtesy car programme fits in perfectly with our pledge and we are delighted to be the first business to make the most of the opportunity.”
HiQ retail director Peter Tye said: “This is an initiative that we have been working on with Goodyear Dunlop for some time now, because we are so committed to providing the very best in customer care – from the moment a motorist arrives on a forecourt to the moment that he or she leaves.
“The missing link within this promise is a uniformed courtesy car programme across our network of 150 centres. We now have this in place and we to create something of a ‘wow factor’ which we will build on throughout 2012.”
