Trelleborg postpones Capital Markets Day
Trelleborg has decided to postpone its Capital Markets Day, originally scheduled for November 30, 2011, until next year. The company says it will announce a new date for the event at a later stage.
Upon announcing the rescheduling, Trelleborg commented that work on its 50/50 joint-venture company for antivibration solutions for light and heavy vehicles “should have progressed further” before the Capital Markets Day is held. The Swedish company reports that an agreement regarding the new company’s formation is expected to be signed in the fourth quarter of 2011, however it concedes that the process’s continuation is “dependent on the decisions and processing times of relevant competition authorities.”
