RacingAGE promoting ‘race quality’ Fasep range
According to RacingAGE, a division of Automotive Garage Equipment Limited, Fasep wheel balancers are now widely seen as the "must have" wheel balancer in motorsport circles. The Alvechurch-based supplier of the Italian brand says nothing comes close to the Fasep B212 in terms of build quality, accuracy, speed and price. “Although they may seem expensive compared to the many wheel balancers coming out of the far east at the moment, you certainly would not be able to trust one of those lesser makes to balance 2000 wheels in 24 hours of desert heat,” commented a RacingAGE representative.
In fact, RacingAGE opines that even amongst the more known and trusted wheel balancer brands on the market few can compete with Fasep’s reliability. This was the reason the company approached Fasep with a view to being its UK agent; this partnership means Fasep equipment is now used globally on many race series and events. RacingAGE is now looking at pushing the Fasep range of equipment into UK tyre bays, allowing, it says, all UK tyre bays the “opportunity to offer the same level of wheel balancing that the worlds top race car drivers have now come to expect from their perfectly balanced wheels.”
A top of the range Fasep V585 unit has now been installed at the Michelin training centre in Stoke, and potential customers are able to arrange to see this machine in action. The V585 features list includes laser weight location, pneumatic locking and flat screen display; RacingAGE says that coupled with Fasep’s build quality and dependability, this spec list makes the V585 a “must have machine” for all serious top line tyre fitting centres.
RacingAGE says it sold two V585’s within days of installing the machine into the training centre, which it presents as proof of the machine’s user friendly operation, accuracy and professional appearance. “The Fasep build quality is apparent through the whole range with their hand spin balancer being ‘track side’ tested at race events around the world making it ‘the ideal choice’ for mobile tyre fitting operations and smaller tyre depots,” comments RacingAGE.
In addition to the V585, a range of Fasep range of machines configured for every level of service that a tyre bay can wish to offer can be found on the racingage.com website.
