MINI announces winter tyre programme

MINI is the latest UK car supplier to launch a dedicated winter tyre programme. While all MINIs are supplied with summer tyres as standard, the company is now offering winter tyre and wheel packages – supplied with steel or alloy rim designs. The company's sets of winter wheels and tyres are available from £560 (not including fitting costs).

As is the standard in winter tyre programmes offered by car manufacturers, MINI dealers will also store customers’ standard wheels and tyres for a fee of £30 until it’s time to switch them back again in spring.

The recommended retail price of £560 is based on steel wheel style R12, tyre dimension 175/65R15 84T and one set of wheel covers.
