KRT bringing new brands to Brityrex
Tyre wholesaler Kings Road Tyres (KRT) has voiced its support for next October’s Brityrex International exhibition. The company describes itself as a long-standing supporter of the UK’s only dedicated tyre and equipment show; purchasing and marketing manager Tim Bader shares: “We are strong believers in the importance of the UK industry having its own successful and truly representative show. Brityrex aspires to become the focal point for our industry, a dedicated show where people do business, and that’s something we think is really important.”
KRT says it will use the upcoming Brityrex as a focus for a number of its tyre brands, including its exclusive UK agency for Matador truck tyres and the Kleber agricultural range – both of which are new to KRT for 2011 – and the latest patterns in its popular Cooper 4×4 range. “We had an excellent show in 2010 and with our new lines from Matador, Kleber and Cooper to promote, we’re looking to raise the bar further and improve on that performance in Manchester next year,” Bader continues.
The new Matador and Kleber agencies add to and extend KRT’s existing tyre offer that covers all market sectors, while the wholesaler says the new Cooper AT/3 and S/T MAXX patterns are “set to stimulate interest” among 4×4 specialists and enthusiasts.
Welcoming KRT to the show, Paul Farrant, managing director of Brityrex organiser ECI International, commented: “KRT have been outstanding supporters of Brityrex and we’re delighted to welcome them back for 2012. They are a great example of an exhibitor who works really hard to make the most of their presence which is why they reap the rewards on offer from the many UK and international buyers who spend time at the show.”
Brityrex International 2012 is set to take place from 9 to 11 October and will be held at a new venue, EventCity. The show will again be sponsored by the NTDA and coincide with the association’s annual dinner and TAFF Awards.
