ITDN to launch interactive online system
After more than 26 years serving the tyre breakdown business, ITDN staff continue to take pride in their reputation for reliability and service given to members and has announced the imminent launch of its “all new, completely revised live on-line system ‘ITDN Interactive’.”
ITDN operates a complete tyre breakdown network for the independent tyre dealer. Network representatives report that the network’s continuing goal is to ensure that members keep control of their own business, whilst benefiting from the back-up of a 600 plus strong team of independent dealers behind them.
Service ITD offers members are its in-house IT, 24 hour call centre, credit indemnity cover, call recording, comprehensive on-line reporting and emergency power supply systems.
“Despite our own technical capabilities, we never lose sight of the fact that we have members with varying levels of technical ability, so we would never alienate tyre dealers who struggle with IT, by insisting that everything is emailed or internet based. ITDN embraces members from all corners of the UK, from those with just a fax in the attic to those with the most up to the minute technology. All ITDN members are equally important to us and are valued as being independents, receiving the same high quality service. We adapt to all,” ITDN business manager Sarah Mortimer told Tyres & Accessories.
As ITDN is owned by its membership, they are given the opportunity to be involved in pricing and other facilities offered by the network – “members are given the chance to have their say and we always listen – a somewhat refreshing difference,” Mortimer concluded.
