Goodyear Dunlop to invest in Slovenia

The Slovenian Press Agency reports that Goodyear Dunlop Sava Tires is to invest 6 million euros in the production of retreaded truck and bus tyres in Slovenia.

The venture will come on stream next spring and is expected to create 70 new jobs in the next five years.

On 1 July the former Sava Tires operation was renamed Goodyear Dunlop Sava Tires. According to the company, the name was change in order to bring the Sava operation’s company name in line with the other Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe companies.
