TAROX to unveil tailored Stainless Steel braided brake lines
TAROX has told Tyres & Accessories that it plans to unveil its new range of tailored Stainless Steel braided brake lines later in 2011. The Italian company says the lines will “offer an ideal replacement to older rubber hoses, being almost impervious to aging and failure, whilst offering a much greater rate of pedal efficiency.” Coated in hard-wearing 95PVC, they will offer the customer “much greater pedal feel allied to a much longer lifespan, when compared to a traditional rubber hose,” according to the company.
Commenting on their new lines, TAROX UK’s general manager Nicholas Counsell said: “We are noticing more and more that there is a growing demand for direct OEM replacement discs and pads that offer greater levels of retardation and heat cycling capability than the factory originals. The RRPs of these parts compares favourably to original equipment, meaning that switched-on retailers can provide excellent value to their end-users at the same time as genuinely enhancing their driving enjoyment. We hold extensive stocks for most common applications at our Lancashire HQ and can fast-track most classic, retro and leftfield lines from our Italian factory in just a few days if need be.”

All discs are individually heat-treated, with options for drilling and grooving available alongside the ‘plain’ factory style designs.
