City 1st joins Conti360° network

Continental Tyres has appointed City 1st Tyres in Slough, Berks as an accredited Conti360° Partner outlet. City 1st, which specialise in new truck and trailer tyres as well as retreads, joins Continental's existing pan-European network of outlets that services the tyre manufacturer's fleet customers.

Nick Yiannakis, director at City 1st said: “Continental tyres have a proven reputation for quality, reliability and performance and we are delighted to be part of the Conti360° Network. Our experience and expertise in the truck tyre market means we are well placed to advise truck operators on the most suitable tyre for their operation as well as back-up service and roadside assistance should they require it.

“Furthermore we offer round-the-clock service and all tyre-related requirements are catered for, including the management of casings and environmental disposal of scrap tyres. We also specialise in pence-per-kilometre and fixed price contracts, giving the fleet operator a hassle-free option to tyre management”.

As part of the standardised service offering, all Conti360° Partners are able to carry out fleet checks when necessary to ensure Continental customers are getting the best possible performance out of their tyres. This also includes regular monitoring of all Continental tyres as part of ContiFleetCheck.
