Bosch online booking system goes live
Independent garage network, Bosch Car Service, has today launched a new online booking service in the UK. The company says the system, which has been in development over the past year, was launched to provide customers with a simple-to-use facility through which to book their vehicles in for a number of different services. Customers can book their appointments through the boschcarservice.co.uk website.
“Our new, carefully constructed online booking tool combines convenience and ease-of-use to help ensure that getting a car serviced is an easy and hassle-free experience for our customers,” commented Howard Price, concept manager at Bosch Car Service. “People are increasingly seeking a cost-effective and high quality alternative to visiting a franchised dealer, and garage interest in our network is growing. New developments such as the launch of our online booking system ensure that we, as a network, stay at the forefront of our industry and are able to offer our customers the best possible service.”
Customers can book a range of services such as Gold, Silver and Bronze services, MOTs and various repair jobs. The new system also shows customers the cost they can expect to pay for each service they have booked. “We wanted to make sure our online booking facility reflected the Bosch Car Service brand values, which put convenience and transparency at the forefront,” Howard continued. “We pride ourselves on our excellent existing relationship with our customers – our most recent annual customer satisfaction survey revealed that 99% of our customers would recommend us to a friend – which is why the facility was built with the customer in mind.”
The Bosch Car Service network, which consists of over 500 independent garages across the UK, was set up by Bosch in 2003.
