Point S honours rapid development of UK network
The heads of the various national point S organisations throughout Europe regularly meet together to further define their progress as a group within the region. This week the point S managers met at Pirelli’s headquarters in Milan, Italy; amongst other items on the agenda was the annual point S Award – and this year the honours go the United Kingdom.
Jürgen Benz, director of both the European and German point S operations, presented the award to the directors of the British point S organisation. The award acknowledges the significant growth in the number of centres belonging to the UK point S network; presently 106 outlets represent point S in the UK – which means the local operation’s leadership has achieved the fastest and strongest development of any point S network in the pan-European company’s entire history.
“Our partners in England do a tremendous job and I am certain that the goal of 150 service centres by the end of 2011 will be reached,” shared Fabian Boquet, international operations director at point S Development.
