Rollier and Conran VIPs at Michelin Commemorative Event
Michelin's general managing partner Michel Rollier and Terence Conran headed the guest list as Michelin House celebrated its 100th anniversary, with a special commemorative evening in London. The two guests of honour shook hands outside Michelin House to formally mark the start of the VIP evening held to commemorate 100 years of the iconic Fulham Road building. I have attached an image showing the two main guests of honour as they met outside Michelin House. They were joined by an audience of Michelin staff, industry representatives and Paul Everitt, the director of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.
Mr Everitt’s presence at the event was particularly significant as it was one of his predecessors and then president of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders Edward Manville, who back on 20 January 1911, officially opened Michelin House.
