Heuver to Boost Agri Tyre Exports
Recent restructuring at Heuver Tyrewholesale has given the company’s agricultural division a more prominent role, and Heuver reports its intention to strengthen agricultural tyre export activities, in particular the export of its brands to Germany, Belgium and France. The Dutch wholesaler says it “expects a great deal” from this.
Although the agricultural sector has been a traditional strength for Heuver, until recently the Dutch market remained firmly at the centre of its attention. According to Heuver Tyrewholesale director Bertus Heuver, “our contacts and our range of agriculture tyres are so wide and comprehensive that we dare to take the step into a wider region for the bulk import and export of agricultural tyres with confidence and courage. Our organisation will require some adjustments, including a special branch for all brands of wholesale agricultural tyres, and then we will be able to take the expansion on. We see a great many opportunities in the bulk trade of agricultural tyres, and in the final analysis we are already in the middle of it all in the Netherlands.
“We can handle all questions and activities immediately and further optimise our service to all agricultural customers at home and abroad,” Heuver continues. “Of course we have discussed this new step with our customers and they have shown support for our vision. And therefore we have continued this process of enlargement. In the agriculture tyre sector we can now serve wholesalers all over the world and answer all their questions in the quickest possible way.”
