Cam Appoints Business Development Manager
Kelli Diener has joined Cam Systems as business development manager reporting into Steve Daly, commercial director. She will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships to director level, ensuring service delivery excellence and effective customer communications.
Diener reportedly has extensive experience of selling ERP financial/procurement solutions, including managed service contracts and IT infrastructure and related services. She previously specialised in the construction industry. She was sales director of Forge Development Ltd from 2009, where she devised the company’s sales strategy. Prior to that she worked at COINS from 2004 to 2009, first as customer liaison manager and was then promoted to commercial manager. Previously, she spent six years at Ramesys, rising to support manager where she directed a team of 12 support analysts.
Steve Daly, commercial director, said: “Kelli has a proven track record of leading teams and providing a market-driven customer approach that ensures consistent, sustained customer interaction and communication leading to strong growth. She will be an asset to the expanding Cam business.”
