Bosch Network Chooses MAM’s Web-based Garage Software
MAM has been appointed as the preferred supplier of garage management systems to the Bosch Car Service network. MAM has developed a bespoke version of its innovative Autowork Online solution which Bosch will be recommending to its network of garages. Autowork Online controls all aspects of daily activity including: diary bookings and parts ordering; quotations, job cards and invoices; SMS or e-mail service, MoT reminders and an integrated parts catalogue.
According to the company, Autowork Online is a “pioneering solution” that is delivered as a service over the Internet. It runs within a browser window and requires minimal installation and maintenance. Hosted on secure servers, Autowork Online data remains private and is backed-up on a daily basis.
“After numerous discussions with MAM Software and conducting a thorough review of Autowork Online’s features and merits, we firmly believe that we are selecting the best management solution to support our Bosch Car Service network” said Howard Price, Workshop Concepts Manager of Robert Bosch Ltd. “For many garages, managing the administrative aspects of the business can be complex and time consuming. Autowork Online provides means of improving day-to-day operational efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. It’s a comprehensive solution that’s easy to learn and simple to use.”
“Bosch’s decision to recommend Autowork Online is a major endorsement for our software and the software-as-a-service platform” said Mike Jamieson, CEO of MAM Software. “When developing Autowork Online, we focused heavily on simplicity and functionality. As a result, we have a solution that provides extensive features, is intuitive to use and requires little or no maintenance.
