Michelin Power Cup 2010 Results
Last weekend saw the 2010 Michelin Power Cup race series draw to a close as the final round took place at a cloudy but mainly dry Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire. In the 1000cc class Jonathan Otter took first place with second and third places taken by Greg Allsop and Rhalf Lo Turco, respectively. In the 600cc class, Will Monie took the top spot with Adrian Allsopp and Andy Rouse following in second and third places.
The first place rider in each class walks away with an Alpinestars Racing Replica suit, an Arai RX7-GP helmet, £300 cash, three pairs of Michelin tyres and £150 of Putoline products. Second place gets a £350 race bodywork voucher from Race Products, £200 cash, two pairs of Michelin tyres and £100 of Putoline products. And the third placed rider takes home a pair of Alpinestars Supertech boots, a pair of Michelin tyres, £100 cash and £50 of Putoline products.
In addition, all six riders will go to a three day track event early next year at Cartagena in Spain, including transport for bike and rider, hotel accommodation and instruction from a surprise VIP guest.
Riders interested in signing up for the 2011 Michelin Power Cup series can come to the Michelin/Hottrax stand at the NEC Motorcycle Show in November where Michelin will be distributing details of next year’s championship.
