Industry Association Votes Apollo SA ‘Manufacturer of the Year’

South Africa’s Tyre Dealer and Fitment Association (TDAFA) recently named Apollo Tyres South Africa its ‘Tyre Manufacturer of the Year’ at its annual gala dinner. The South African manufacturer of the Dunlop tyre brand received this distinction based upon its performance in a tri-annual TDAFA members’ survey in which manufacturers are nominated in five key criteria; product quality, customer service, stock rotation, availability and warranties.

 “We are very honoured to accept this award,” commented Apollo Tyres South Africa CEO Luis Ceneviz. “We see it as a fantastic reward for the effort we have put into bringing the ‘Driven by Precision’ positioning of our Dunlop tyre brand to life. We’re striving for a culture of excellence every aspect of our operations, from manufacture and distribution, to the service customers receive from our sales offices and consultants, and this award indicates that we are getting it right.”
