China’s Tyre Production Tipped to Grow 50% in 5 years

Chinese publication AutoEvolution.com has reported the latest production figures released by the China Rubber Industry Association. Tyre production in China is likely to be 10.5 per cent higher this year than in 2009. Last year the country produced a total of 380 million tyres, and this year output is expected to reach 420 million units. It is hoped that by the end of 2015 production will reach around 570 million tyres per annum.
