TAFF Awards Tyre and Aftermarket Equipment Supplier of the Year – Apaseal
Apaseal won the Tyre & Aftermarket Supplier award, with the award said to represent the acknowledgement of Apaseal’s commitment to continuous improvement, quality of product and service. In order to achieve this feat the company had to outperform well known names Auto 4, Harvie Tyres, Pro-Align and Rema Tip Top Automotive UK. One possible reason why voters opted to support Apaseal is because the firm continues to play a leading role in the development of British Standards’ guidelines on repairs, and have been active with the introduction of what are seen as the norms today including – says the company – fitting valves, enhancing wheel balancing techniques and consistently providing the distributors with opportunities to achieve additional revenue and provide better tyre and wheel maintenance for the customer.
By listening and working in partnership, with its customers, Apaseal reports that it has developed “the industry’s most advanced service and maintenance system. Launched at Brityrex this cutting edge system shows the company’s commitment to servicing their customers today and into the future.”
Apaseal’s web ordering system further enhances its sales and service capability www.apaseal.co.uk, with company representatives saying: “It is possibly the most progressive in the market and plays a major role in their sales and delivery operation, making it easy for customers’ to do business with them.”
Deliveries are made throughout the UK within 24 hours and in some cases the same day (depending on location). At the same time Apaseal’s mobile sales team carry a substantial product range on board and can accept an order which within minutes can be logged onto the system, located in the warehouse and packaged for delivery.
Training also represents a key part of Apaseal’s business which they believe is among the best in the industry. All Apaseal’s technical sales team are highly experienced and accomplished with all training being carried out to British standards. Training sessions can be held at Apaseal’s dedicated training centre in Hailsham or at customers’ own premises if preferred.
Since as far back as the mid fifties, Apaseal has been involved in manufacturing, distribution and after-service on everything from tyre repair materials, valves, balance weights, tools and equipment through to training and development. The company prides itself on giving a consistent quality of service, as well as tailoring services to customers’ individual needs.
