Bandvulc Chosen for Bale Fleet
Devon-based hazardous liquid waste management specialist the Bale Group has selected Bandvulc’s product range for its tyre policy. On the basis of in-house drive and trailer axle position trials carried out by Bale, the company chose the Bandvulc produce as the most cost effective option for its operation; Bandvulc’s BD08 drive axle and B2K trailer tyres have been selected as the preferred policy fitment, supported by Continental HSR2 tyres on all steer and lift axles.
The new agreement sees supply via County Tyres, a company Bandvulc is confident can provide strong regional supply and a heavy focus on service and husbandry for the Bale Group the fleet. County Tyres is also a member of Bandvulc Tyre Contracts’ Key Independent Partner Network, which offers service provision and tyre support nationwide. As part of the agreement BTC (Bandvulc Tyre Contracts) will also manage all tyre related activity including 24/7/365 nationwide tyre support assistance.
“We have received outstanding customer service from Bandvulc so far and I’m really impressed with the efficiency of BTC and its Tyre Support Unit,” commented Bale Group workshop foreman Phil Horne. “Whenever we have required tyre assistance, our requests have been handled promptly and efficiently and our service provider has responded to our fleet needs on site there and then whenever asked.”
“It’s great to be able to work with such an established fleet, especially one so local to our own operations,” added Corby Goodall, account manager at Bandvulc. “We are delighted with the test results achieved by our product and are confident they will provide a high performing sustainable solution to this fleet operation.”
