PCL to Show Nitrogen Inflation Gear at Brityrex

PCL’s inflation specialists have announced that they will be “driving home the benefits of nitrogen” to the sell-out crowd at this year’s Brityrex. All stands at the UK’s leading international tyre and equipment exhibition – which attracts the best of British, as well as suppliers and visitors from all around the world – have now been booked.

Top of the list of exhibits is the company’s Accura Nitrogen Analyzer – a nitrogen system that displays the percentage of nitrogen in your tyres. According to the company, other products on the market read only the amount of oxygen, therefore the PCL analyzer removes the need to convert the oxygen percentage into the figure for nitrogen.

As with all PCL products, the new Nitrogen Analyzer provides the highest levels of accuracy and is made for ease of use, with a simple to operate, one button operation, auto diagnostic with error code to simplify troubleshooting, and a replaceable battery and sensor. The battery life is extended by an automatic power off function.

The Nitrogen Analzyer complements other nitrogen products in the PCL range, including last year’s hot product – Accura Mobile, PCL’s portable Nitrogen Tyre Inflation Cart. The accura Mobile features a Nitrogen “convert and purge” of air inflated tyres and a “top-up” of Nitrogen inflated tyres. It can be used with either a Nitrogen bottle or generator. 

Last but not least, the N2 Generator can deliver high levels of nitrogen and represents the latest PSA nitrogen generation technology in a robust, cost effective and mobile design. By combining the latest in high performance nitrogen generation with leading inflation technology, PCL is aiming to provide the tyre industry with a reliable, cost effective unit capable of providing excellent revenue.
