More Red Letter Days to be won with Grouptyre and Federal
Following its promotion last autumn that the wholesaler described as “highly successful”, Grouptyre is again teaming up with tyre manufacturer Federal for another national incentive which will see six lucky retailers win an exciting Red Letter Day experience. Grouptyre is the exclusive UK distributor of Federal, which offers high performance, light truck, 4×4 and SUV tyres. Grouptyre’s 2010 Red Letter Day runs as two consecutive promotions, from 1 September to 31 October and from 1 November to 31 December, and the winners will be chosen at random from all the entries received. For each promotion there are three Red Letter Day experiences to be won: a first prize valued at £500 and two runners up prizes worth £250.
Every Federal tyre that participating retailers buy from their local Grouptyre member during the campaign will equate to entries in the Red Letter Day prize draws. Retailers will receive two entries for every UHP tyre purchased and one for every other Federal tyre they buy. “We were really impressed with the response to our original Red Letter Day promotion, which got the trade talking about Federal and helped to reinforce that the Federal brand can meet their requirement for a quality, competitively priced ‘value option’,” says Grouptyre marketing manager Lucie Dalton.
“The campaign runs for four months, so there’s plenty of time to get involved, and the concept is simple – the more tyres participating retailers buy, the greater their chances of winning a superb experience package of their choice.”
