Vipal Reshuffles Board

Borrachas Vipal has implemented a number of changes in its management structure, which the company says are designed to “leverage growth for the company and its shareholders.” Daniel Paludo has been appointed director-general and is responsible for Borrachas Vipal – Retread Division. At the same time João Carlos Paludo was sworn in as vice-chairman of Group Vipal.

Maria Locatelli, a former director in charge of international markets, is now the director responsible for all sales and marketing structure, which covers both domestic and international markets. According to the company, the goal here is for the firm to “expand and consolidate its involvement in various markets through synergies with our customers and partners.”

And finally, in a move aimed at improving processes throughout the supply chain, Alex Pipkin has now been appointed director responsible for supply chain management.
