Encircle Moving into French and Italian Markets
Tyre market research specialists Encircle Marketing has been developing Italian and French portals of its website as a prelude to launching sell-out pricing and selling way programmes in these countries in the first quarter of 2011. Test programmes will be conducted in the last quarter of this year.
Already present in the UK car and two-wheel segments and the Germany car tyre market, at the beginning of 2010 Encircle made a significant investment into its fieldwork infrastructure. The net result being the development of a new purpose built mystery calling unit, which allowed the company to increase its monthly call volumes by 66 per cent as well as successfully launch in Germany and continue with its UK car and motorcycle programmes. In addition the company recently launched a new online reporting system, which some clients called “ground-breaking.”
Co-founder and director Jason Cunningham commented: “The first three years of Encircle’s life were extremely rewarding and surpassed both David (the company’s co-founder) and my expectations. That said, in order to stay ahead we must continue to develop and offer our clients first class data and customer service.”
