NETA Launches Online Service
North Eastern Tyre and Autocare (NETA) says its customers can save time and money by taking advantage of its new online service. Purchasing tyres and booking a fitting appointment at a NETA branch through the www.nete.co.uk website is as easy as purchasing a book or downloading music from an online retailer, the North East and Yorkshire based company notes, and the online system comes complete with built in updates that gives customers a reminder about when service or other work is due.
Buying tyres and booking a suitable fitting time is a simple five-step process, says NETA, and as the prices shown are fully fitted, there is nothing extra to pay and no nasty surprises in store. NETA says that over 50 brands of tyre are available to purchase online, and advice is available to ensure the right choice of tyre.
“Here at NETA we offer a service unlike no other autocare company, and with this online tyre service, we are adding another string to our bow,” commented NETA managing director Gavin Marshall. “Buying tyres can sometimes end up a difficult process as you may have to wait whilst the right tyres are sourced or you are given a choice on price in a shop and are unsure which to go for as there is no time to research properly.
This online method of purchasing makes the whole process so much easier, you can get what you want when you want it without any fuss,” he added. “It will save our customers time and money, both high priorities in modern day life.”
Fitting services are available at NETA’S 23 stores across the region. In announcing the online service’s launch, NETA comments that while it is pushing the boundaries with this online service, the company’s dedication to honest pricing remains the same as ever; the service includes the cost of a new valve, wheel balancing and safe disposal of old tyres, as well as fitting and VAT, with no hidden extras.
“Ordering tyres has never bees so easy, customers can now do it wherever they please, their living room, their office, even their garden shed. They can browse special offers, make decisions with family, and book in a time to suit them,” Marshall concluded.
