Cam Appoints Pre-Sales Consultant
Cam Systems has appointed Kate Neill as pre-sales consultant to drive the launch of its new commercial tyre product suite. Reporting to Steve Daly, commercial director, her appointment is intended to enhance the organisation’s expertise and ensure client expectations are exceeded at all times.
Previously head of customer services at Destiny PLC for five years, Neill reportedly has an “outstanding track record in this field.” She managed the customer support and training team and all customer-facing activities post project delivery, and was responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, including Aqualisa, Ringway, DSV Ltd, DVTA (Ireland), Morrison UK, O2 and Sanofi Aventis as well as achieving department KPIs.
Prior to this, she was business development manager at IDG Management Services Ltd (part of the IDG UK Holdings Ltd Group), where she managed the customer service and call centre offering and was responsible for acquiring business for the centre. In addition, she was IT project manager at World Online (a Tiscali SPA company), and was a call centre supervisor at Localtel Ltd.
Steve Daly, commercial director, said: “Kate is an impressive operator and will be a real asset to Cam through the employment of her considerable business development acumen and her genuine drive for outstanding customer service.”
