Over 65 years of development within the tyre maintenance industry has put Apaseal in a unique position to serve its customers. So say, company representatives who are aiming to demonstrate that they present the best one stop shop offer when they exhibit at October’s Brityrex in Manchester. In addition, Apaseal launched new workflow technology in May 2010 which, combined with a 20 per cent increase in engineers is intended to demonstrate the company’s “commitment to servicing…customers today and into the future.”
According to managing director, Martin Saint, “JobFlow PLUS enables us to efficiently manage our service work and remotely manage our mobile workforce; reducing costs, downtime and head office visits. We allocate jobs via TomTom WORK – which shows current vehicle location and efficiently navigates us to site.”
At each visit, operatives complete a worksheet with an easy to use Destiny Digital Pen. An electronic copy of paperwork is completed on-site so records are updated with no extra input needed. A sheet for every visit is attached to the job record. When sending the image of the job sheet, DataScriber software populates Time & Date fields for attendance on site, Parts Used fields to update stock records, and Job Status. The completed worksheet, including customer signature, is immediately received back at head office. As a result invoices can be raised immediately.
Apaseal supplies over 3,500 high quality products throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Constant reappraisal of products is designed to ensure that customers are always offered “only the best products” from Apaseal’s range of equipment and consumable materials.
Fully accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:200 for the supply and manufacture of top quality tyre maintance equipment and materials, Apaseal representatives report that the company is committed to developing their services, products and technical support to provide “everything you need to promote your business.”
And what’s more, the firm uses computerised stock control at Apaseal’s warehouse facilities and distribution through its national sales network, which means its products are just a phone call or mouse click away.
