New Plant Manager at Cooper Texarkana

Scott Cole has been appointed plant manager of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.’s Texarkana, Arkansas tyre plant, says Tire Review. Cole replaces Alex Perry, who is moving to a special assignment. Cole joined Cooper in 1989 and has held several engineering positions in truck tyre development and plant technology. Most recently he served as technical
manager at the Texarkana plant.
