HiQ Franchise Emphasises Local Service in Posters Featuring Staff
Retail franchise network HiQ is using its marketing capabilities on a national level to emphasise “local service” this year, and one franchisee is using a poster campaign featuring staff working in his four Cornwall HiQ fast fit centres. Justin Roberton is unveiling posters advertising his stores in Truro, Bodmin, Helston and St Austell courtesy of the new marketing materials, which places his staff at the heart of his business.
Roberton said: “The HiQ network is steeped on clear, transparent pricing with helpful and welcoming staff, who provide a local service of trust. These posters, which feature my centre managers and staff, reinforce this message by giving customers information about each fast fitter that is looking after their cars.”
HiQ’s marketing manager Geraldine McGovern said: “Our unique proposition of offering a trusted, local service – backed by the strength of a national brand – continues to be a compelling one. Customers used to see fast fit centres as dirty, unwelcoming and confusing places, but this is another example of us removing such perceptions at HiQ.
“With each member of staff positioned as a local hero, we feel these posters will help us convey this message, and help to strike up a lasting rapport with customers.”
Roberton has also commissioned some new point of sale materials, which allow his customers to see who they are dealing when they bring their vehicle in for repairs. HiQ states it has spent a great deal of time in making each one of its 140 centres a warm, friendly place to visit and created new posters and leaflets to reflect this.
