Dotz Launches ‘Exile’ Rim

The latest wheel design from Dotz is the Exile, a product promoting as one that should “tick all of the boxes for the burgeoning OEM+ crowd.” A press statement accompanying the Exile’s release states that its “stunning design, deeply sculpted centre bowl and perfectly proportioned spokes provide a fresh new take on the classic ‘Y’ spoke genre.”

The new Dotz wheel is said to balance OEM styling cues with “subtle aggression and an attractive inset lip.” The Exile’s spokes run to the edge of the wheel, creating the visual illusion of a greater diameter. The Exile is particularly aimed at core ‘tuner’ and Japanese cars and is available in 18 to 20-inch sizes in most common five-stud PCDs, with staggered 8.5 and 9.5 options available in the 18 and 19-inch for real wheel drive cars. All come in a ‘Hyperblack’ finish.
