Supertracker Introduces Steering Angle Reset Tool
Wheel alignment company Supertracker has announced a new Steering Angle Sensor Reset tool to its product portfolio in order to further enhance the precise operation and technical requirements. Vehicle electronics continue to develop apace, and steering angle sensors are now a common feature on new car models. Supertracker states the tool allows any stability control electronics to operate correctly when the sensor is reset to match the correct wheel alignment settings.
Trevor Lovesy, Supertracker managing director states: “The Steering Angle Sensor Reset tool guarantees that the resetting operation is carried quickly and without effort and often swifter than a manufacturer’s own procedures. It is also independent from a wheel aligner so it’s not necessary to be linked to a computer and can be used in conjunction with any wheel alignment equipment. Therefore the tool gives the independent market an added opportunity to generate extra income and profit from providing another service to customers that was previously unavailable.”
The product also offers additional features including Service Light Reset, ABS/EPB Electronic Hand Brake Wind Back, Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensors and EOBD Fault Codes for both diesel and petrol engines.
