Grouptyre’s Continental World Cup Promotion Entering Final Stretch
As tyrepress.com reported back in April, Grouptyre has been running a promotion alongside World Cup sponsor Continental; the wholesale group says that it has “seen a huge response” to the promotion, which boasts a first prize of a Sony 46” full HD LCD TV complete with Home Cinema system. Runners up will receive smaller Sony LCD TVs, or Continental World Cup goodie bags containing an Official World Cup replica match ball, a FIFA World Cup branded polo shirt and rucksack. Time is now tight for retailers to enter at the Grouptyre’s website, as the competition closes on 31 May.
“This is our first national retailer incentive in conjunction with Continental and we are delighted with the response,” says Grouptyre marketing manager Lucie Dalton. “It gives both companies the chance to thank retailers for their loyalty and custom while maximising the undeniable interest in the World Cup, and we would urge anyone who wants to join in to register online without delay.”
After entry, every Continental car or 4×4 tyre bought from a Grouptyre member until the end of May will count as an entry into the grand prize draw. “The more Continental tyres that retailers buy between now and the final whistle on 31 May, the more entries they will receive into the prize draw and the better their chances of coming away with a top prize,” states Grouptyre.
