ASEAN Rubber Conference 2010 Planned For Malaysia
The ASEAN Rubber Conference Secretariat has selected Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to host the 6 ASEAN Rubber Conference (ARC), which is scheduled to be held 17 – 19 June 2010. Since its inception in 2005, ARC has travelled to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines and Laos. In Kuala Lumpur, ARC 2010 is expected to be bigger than ever with an estimated 700 delegates from 25 countries converging to discuss commercial and economic issues, latest supply/demand trends and price forecasts for 2010/2011 with renowned experts and industry leaders from commercial organizations, government agencies, research bodies and associations across 10 countries.
Presented by The International Rubber Research & Development Board (IRRDB), ARC 2010 is also endorsed by ASEAN rubber producing countries and rubber industry associations such as: All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA); Association for Rubber Development of Cambodia (ARDC); Automotive Tyre Manufacturers’ Association (ATMA); Colombo Rubber Traders Association (CTRA); European Tyre & Rubber Manufacturers’ Association (ETRMA); Malaysia Rubber Products Manufacturers Association (MRPMA); Myanmar Rubber Planters & Producers Association (MRPPA); Philippine Rubber Industries Association Inc (PRIA); Taiwan Rubber Industry Association (TRIA); Thailand Rubber Association (TRA) and Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA).
