Biker’s Club Hosts Inaugural Dealer Conference
Bridgestone’s network of motorcycle tyre dealerships, the Biker’s Club has reported the success of its first ever dealer conference, which was held at the National Motorcycle Museum in the Midlands. More than 70 dealer representatives from around the country attended the conference to find out vital information regarding the network’s plans for the year ahead.
Senior management from Bridgestone delivered presentations on the business benefits of being a part of the Biker’s Club network as well as updating members on promotional activity for 2010. In addition, dealers were encouraged to share their ideas for the network to help shape it going forward.
The conference was followed by dinner and drinks at a nearby hotel as an opportunity for dealer representatives to network and let their hair down with the Bridgestone team and fellow individuals from the industry. As well as existing members, 30 new members, who will be joining the Biker’s Club network in April, attended. This takes the total number of Biker’s Club dealer outlets in the network to 100.
Andy Dingley commented: “The conference was a great success. We are trying to develop a solid network of bike dealers and I think they were impressed by the plans we have in place for 2010 and beyond.”
