ISO 9001:2008 is recognised worldwide and requires organisations to demonstrate they have a quality management system that ensures consistency and continuous improvement leading to higher levels of performance and customer satisfaction. The revised ISO 9001 standard has greater focus on the management and measurement of business processes and their continuous improvement.
