German CGS Tyres Branch Wins Top Fendt Supplier Award

CGS Tyres’ German branch achieved an overall 'A' rating, the highest award, in Fendt's supplier programme. CGS Tyres was given the highest rating 'A' in all the categories evaluated: quality, logistics, service and environment.

“We are delighted to have gained the highest award, which our customer has conferred on us for five years in succession” Jens Steinhardt , CGS Tyres Key Account Manager for AGCO commented. “This award to our business relationship with Fendt is very important for us, as it confirms to us that our customer service is consistent on highest level. The satisfaction of our customers is for us the most relevant. With the company AGCO and its premium brand Fendt we are strengthening a long-term collaboration, which reflects also in many development partnerships.

“As one sample of our development partnership we can name the tyre size 900/60 R 38 from our tyre line Continental SuperVolumeTyre SVT. We developed this tyre size together with Fendt for their high-performance machines from the 900 Vario series. Further we are series supplier to the 300 Vario und 900 Vario series. The Fendt 200 Vario series, which has been exhibited as one of Fendt´s innovation at last year’s Agritechnica, is also equipped with Continental agricultural tyres as serial equipment.”
