Cam Systems Launches CAMWiki as Extension of 20:20 Customer Charter
The latest application taken on as part of Cam Systems’ software and support service, the 20:20 Customer Charter, is to be launched in April. CAMWiki will be available to customers who have signed up for Cam’s 32 Bit Cameo implementation and will give access to existing and new product information, general news, benefit commentaries, user documentation and ”how-to” guides as well as “Flash Traffic” service updates and product sheet downloads.
Through the CAMWiki secure login facility, customers will also be given the opportunity to provide valuable feedback and suggestions or request access to consultant advice in particular areas of IT related interest. Mike Allen, managing director of Cam Systems, says: “We wanted to create an online portal which customers could access and even lodge their requests for IT enhancements that we could consider for potential incorporation into our product roadmap. We believe the new portal will enable us to help provide a better level of communication to our customers as well as keeping them up to date on our latest developments.”
The launch follows an extensive customer survey, which pointed the company towards more interactive modes of communication with its customers. Cam says the new online service reinforces its aims to serve customers more effectively by providing wider IT options, assisting them in their IT decisions through improved information, and ensuring transparency of Cam’s performance against defined delivery targets.
