The three ranges available comprise the RJL pad for road and race; the JL road and off-road pad; and the standard semi-metallic/organic carbon pad.
Vesrah also details the specification of all three ranges: RJL – The Road/Race Pad – is described as “ideal for track days”. Originally developed for endurance racing, they are a sintered metal pad with up to twice the life of normal pads. Vesrah RJL pads are also said to have a very low bed-in time – users merely need brake twice on the track, and the pads are ready for full use. With a full range of high performance applications, JL pads are suitable for all weather, all year round use. Vesrah says the Japanese pads are 3.2mm thick, with a heat rating of VSR400HH and are compatible with stainless steel discs.
