Magazine Marks Michelin Military Efforts

Defence Logistics magazine honoured Michelin North America’s aircraft tyre group in its Defense Logistics Award competition. Michelin Aircraft Tire Co. won the category “Performance-Based Logistics Implementation of the Year” for its supply of military tyres to all branches of the US military.

“This award is the result of a true team effort,” said Brett Carnes, director of military sales for the Michelin Aircraft Tire. “And for each member of the team – including those on the Michelin supply chain team, our partners at Lockheed Martin as well as our suppliers – it is an honour to serve our military in this way.” (Tire Review)
