Former Cabot Man Brady Appointed Mascoma CEO

Following a career at Cabot Corporation spanning 23 years, executive vice president and general manager of the corporation's Core Segment and Americas Region William Brady has taken on the role of CEO at biofuel company Mascoma. Brady’s appointment, says Mascoma, reflects the company’s transition into commercial operation.

“I am honoured and excited to be assuming the role of CEO of Mascoma,” said Brady. “I am truly impressed by the mission, talent and potential of Mascoma and look forward to working with our very strong leadership team to take this company and the cellulosic biofuels industry to full scale commercial operation.”

Brady’s tenure at Cabot Corporation ended on September 14, 2009.
