BA Bush F1 Promotion Raises £700 for Parkinson’s Disease Society

Shoppers in Spalding helped raise almost £700 for the Parkinson’s Disease Society by paying to have their picture taken next to Bridgestone’s replica Ferrari F1 car at an event that marked the opening of BA Bush & Son’s latest tyre depot on Fulney Lane North. The money was raised at a F1 event at Springfields Outlet Shopping & Festival Gardens, where local people were invited to have their picture taken alongside the car in exchange for a small donation to the charity.

Russ De Barr, Spalding branch manager at BA Bush and Son, commented: “The opening event for our new Spalding depot was a great success. Experiencing the glamour of F1 for the afternoon was a real treat for shoppers and helped to raise a fantastic amount for charity. It was great for the team behind the event to meet and officially present the money raised and we hope to work together again soon.”
