Double Coin Adds 12 Sizes

Double Coin distributor, Kirkby Tyres Ltd, has announced that the Chinese tyre manufacturer is expanding its truck tyre range. According to Kirkby Tyres, the size expansion means the sole distributor (UK and Ireland) can now offer an “all-encompassing
truck tyre line to meet the needs of the most demanding tyre retailer or end user.”

The Double Coin factory commenced operation in 1991 after installing “state-of-the-art” tyre building and curing machinery sourced from equipment manufacturers in the USA, Japan and Europe. According to company literature, Double Coin engineers have recently integrated the advanced TECO (Tyre Entirety Construction Optimization) theory and special adhesive technology to “further improve tyre performance and manufacturing quality.”
