Fiat 500 Abarth Tuned up Again
A certain Italophilic member of the Tyres & Accessories staff likes nothing better than to see Fiat’s smallest current creation in full flow, so the Abarth version was undoubtedly a big hit with him.
Now the bar seems to have been raised again, with tuning firm Karl Schnorr Kraftfahrzeuge lending some additional Germanic oomph to the little car that can.
The tuner has added racing stripes, 17-inch OZ aluminium alloy wheels and a coilover kit to lower the car’s ride height for better handling, but the real eye-opener is the possibility of increasing the car’s power to 157bhp with the phase one upgrade kit and reaching the quite crazy figure of 197bhp with the much more expensive phase two kit. It looks stunning.
