B&J Rocket In Global Link

After operating independently for six years, B&J Rocket Sales AG, based in Switzerland, and the USA-based B&J Manufacturing have signed an agreement to merge into one global company. The companies have been in close contact in order to make this agreement possible. The newly named B&J Rocket America, Inc. will continue to service the American continent, while B&J Rocket Sales AG will remain for European, Asian and Pacific Markets.

“The new global B&J Rocket family now provides two strong sales and manufacturing facilities under one joint organization. This represents a significant strategic advantage from which our customers can only benefit”, explains Andreas Müller, managing director of B&J Rocket Sales AG. “The merger gives all our business partners worldwide easy access to the large product line of the new B&J Rocket Company”. B&J Rocket America, Inc. is located in Middlebury, Indiana, and will be headed by Mr. Todd Hart as General Manager. Hart, previously director of sales, will be supported by former managing director of B&J USA, Mr. Robert Burnetter as management consultant.

Andreas Müller will take over the position as managing director of the combined companies. His key responsibilities will be the strategic direction, the coordination of the merger and aligning the two companies. “The teams in USA, Switzerland and Denmark, site of the European manufacturing unit, are highly motivated and pleased to work together as one strong, global company.
