EM and OTR Tyre Maintenance from Rema Tip Top

At the forefront of the range, Rema Tip Top radial and cross ply patches provide a durable repair system designed for the permanent repair on earthmover and OTR tyres. Rema Tip Top radial patches are made of high-strength rayon cord whilst the company’s cross ply patches are pre-cured patches with thermoset nylon cord – both types are designed to promote strength and flexibility for current and new-generation EM and OTR tyres. Radial and cross ply patches are suitable for hot or self-vulcanisation due to an integrated bonding layer optimised for use with Rema Tip Top accelerator cements or solutions.

In addition to repair materials, Rema Tip Top offers a full range of maintenance tools and products for routine or emergency service. This includes vulcanising equipment such as Thermopress EMI, II and III electro hydraulic. The Thermopress EM III is capable of handling EM tyres from 30.00-51 to 67.5/60-51 and 54.00 R69. On top of this a full range of EM and OTR tyre valves, valve cores, extensions and tools are also available in addition to chemical products for ongoing tyre care and specialist paste for tyre mounting and demounting.

If regrooving equipment is what you need Rema Tip Top has that too. The Rubber CUT 400 and the new model Tyre Cutter 300 are equipped with a flexible power cable and ergonomic casing for ease of use. The equipment has a low weight and compact dimensions, which ultimately minimises fatigue and promotes comfort. Rema Tip Top’s regrooving tools are all certified to the German TUV standard in conjunction with tyre manufacturers.
